By accessing or using LegalTalent (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and/or sending you an email. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
3. Description of Service
LegalTalent is an AI-powered contract management platform designed to help legal professionals and businesses create, manage and analyze legal documents. Among other features, it allows connecting a Google account to import documents from Google Drive.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- AI-powered contract analysis
- Legal document generation and drafting
- Secure document storage
- Contract management and tracking
- Contract-related alerts and notifications
4. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By creating an account or authenticating through Google, you warrant that the information provided is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
5. Google Drive Access
If you connect your Google account, LegalTalent may request read-only access to specific files you select in your Google Drive. We do not access other files or make changes to your account. You can revoke these permissions from your Google account permissions settings.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of LegalTalent and its licensors, and are protected by the intellectual property laws of Uruguay. Our trademarks and visual elements may not be used without our prior written consent.
7. User License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide license to use it in connection with the operation of the Service.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for:
- Legal or contractual violations
- Intellectual property infringements
- Fraud, impersonation or unauthorized access
- Data collection without consent
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized technical alterations
9. User Content
You are responsible for the content you publish. By doing so, you represent that you own the necessary rights and that the content is not illegal, offensive or infringing on third-party rights.
10. Fees and Payments
Some services may be subject to payment. You agree to pay the applicable fees. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
LegalTalent shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or service interruptions. Use of the Service is at your own risk. We do not guarantee specific results or absolute accuracy in the analyses generated.
12. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify LegalTalent against claims arising from misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms or content you publish.
14. Termination
We may suspend or cancel your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
16. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be submitted to mediation and, if not resolved within 60 days, to arbitration under applicable rules.
17. Severability
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LegalTalent.
